        At Modu, we take pride in delivering your order safely and promptly. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process, timelines, costs, and what to expect once your order is placed.

         


        Domestic Shipping (Within US)

        All our shipping methods are fully trackable for your peace of mind.

        Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 10–15 business days, and delivered via FedEx, DHL, UPS, or USPS.

        Shipping Options:

          • Express Tracked Shipping: 2–6 business days

          • Economy Tracked Shipping: 7–15 business days

        You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


        International Shipping

        • Yes, we ship internationally!

        • Shipping Time: Please allow 7–21 business days depending on your destination and customs processing.

        • Customs & Duties: Modu is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during international shipping. These are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary by country.

        • Carriers Used: We work with international partners like DHL, FedEx, and regional couriers depending on location.

        Note: We currently do not offer returns on international orders.


        Delays & Exceptions

        While we do our best to meet all estimated delivery times, shipping timelines are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

        • High order volume

        • Carrier issues

        • Weather-related disruptions

        • Customs clearance (for international orders)

        We’re not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we’re happy to assist in tracking or resolving an issue.


        Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

        Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Modu is not responsible for:

        • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

        • Lost packages due to address errors

        • Re-shipping fees for returned items due to incorrect delivery information
