Return Policy

We want you to love your Modu purchase.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on full-price merchandise within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify, items must:

• Be in the same condition you received them

• Be returned in their original packaging

• Have a return request submitted within 14 days of delivery

Start your return by visiting our Returns Portal or contacting us at info@modu-design.com. If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.

Return shipping is covered by MODU, provided the item is in new, unused condition.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Contact us at info@modu-design.com within 48 hours of delivery

• Include your order number, a short description, and clear photos of the item and packaging

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items returned after the 14-day window

• Items that have been used, altered, or improperly stored

• Final sale or discounted items

• Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the credit

Storage Liability

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery. Store items in a dry, climate-controlled space and keep original packaging for possible returns.
